About
Willie Goosen is a 28 year old internet programmer and
freelance photographer based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Willie started skateboarding when he was five years old
and was interested in a range of extreme sports from a young age.
Currently he is an keen kitesurfer and not so active mountainbiker
and he is also passionate about rock climbing, snowboarding and live music.
Willie says "being out there and pushing my limits
in new and interesting ways is what it's all about".
Capturing these sports and recording gravity defying moments
became a new passion when he started taking photos eight years ago.
He believes there are so many hidden achievements that never
receive the coverage or exposure they deserve.
